Copyright Respect

DownloadAll respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of our service to do the same. We do not host any content on our servers; our tools simply help users download content they already have the right to access.

We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and other applicable copyright laws. We will respond to properly filed takedown notices.

Filing a Takedown Notice

If you believe that content accessible through our service infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to service@downloadall.app with the following information:

  • Your full name and contact information (email and physical address).
  • Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
  • The specific URL or link where the infringing content can be found.
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.
Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed or disabled due to mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification. Include your contact information, identification of the removed content, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the removal was a mistake, and your consent to local jurisdiction.

Counter-notifications should also be sent to service@downloadall.app.

Repeat Infringers

We will terminate access for users who are repeat infringers of copyright, in appropriate circumstances.
